Maglus stylus: announcing a new arrival…

We may not be as big as Apple, but we’ve got a product launch of our own coming: there’s a new addition to the Maglus family, and it’ll be available in just one week!

    Oh, very mysterious. I wonder what the deal is here?

    I love the original Maglus, still my favourite stylus for use on both my iPad and my Nexus 7. It feels great in the hand, and the updated microfiber tip is a nice option. It’s a great bit of kit and a hard act to follow- I’d love to see them try to top it!

    I tried numerous stylus until Maglus came along and out performed them all. Now Maglus is the only stylus I use for notes, drawing and effortless scrolling on IPad and IPhone. Both the original tip and the fiber tip are exceptional for any task. I am never without my Maglus.

      I can well imagine how great it would be with a new one for all the lectures this term. I’m not quite sure how great it wouldn’t be with a new one for all the lectures this term.

      I do like the new fibre tips though. I’m intrigued by the news of an even better mousetrap.

    I have bought two maglus so far and both i have gifted to my nephews when i bought them ipads for thier high schools.

    I need to get one for myself now and i believe the time is right to wait for the new one :). Would be awesome if i can get one as a gift from maglus themselves (:

    Interesting news. I’ve been enjoying my Maglus immensely since I got hold of it, and it’s been useful for everything from handwriting to line drawing. Fingers crossed for a slightly finer tip on whatever this great and mysterious new product is, but it’s really great as it is.

    Although the rubber magnet covers on both sides fell off, I still love the original Maglus. The fiber tip I found, is not as accurate as the old rubber tip. Still, Maglus is the best stylus I have ever used.

    I bought my Maglus stylus over a year ago after trying several others. Now its the only stylus I use. It just feels good in the hand, so much so that I unconsciously play with whenever I’m using my iPad and, of course, it always works!
    When I’m not using my iPad, the stylus is magnetically clipped to the cover so it is always at hand. Its probably the best stylus available.

    I can always find it when I need it…magnetically secured to my iPad.
    I find the weight just right for flipping thru Flipboard articles.
    It feels equally satisfying when annotating documents or punching numbers on a calculator app.

    I’ve been a big fan of The Maglus since it first came out, I have one of each, and I love the new tips! I also use them daily at work and have lots of curious coworkers wanting to know more! I have always wanted to draw well, but I have found my ability to draw with words is far better. After our tech revolution, I became like most people, typing out everything on a keyboard. When I recieved The Maglus and began writing by hand, the deep connection to my written personality came flooding back. I remembered the lessons in school, writing and practicing over and over. It was a really cool moment and I think remembering how important handwriting is, connects with people. At least, until we all type or dictate with Siri! Maglus helped me find that, and I hand write all of my business notes, and recieve mostly complements from those I send them to;)

    I was one of the proud owners of the original maglus stylus. I have since purchased two more of the improved versions. This tool has changed the way I practice law and made my life much easier. I use this in conjunction with Notetaker HD and the combo is perfect. I never write comments or do reviews, but this product has been instrumental in my practice. Can’t wait to see the new product.

    Not much change of winning – but who does not like free things? Especially when they are as cool as the Maglus! I have an original but really like my black Maglus with the new microfibre tip! It’s fantastic! The team have done such a goo job with the whole package! Not just the amazing stylus but the new packaging is amazing too! Dare I say it may even make it as a classic?

    I love my Maglus! It’s the only stylus I’ve used that gives me consistent results writing on an iPad in the classroom. I teach high school, and the Maglus has given me a way to write precisely on my iPad, at a comfortable size, and project this to the board from anywhere in the room.

    I have tried several stylus and the original Maglus is the best. The original got better with the new material in the tip. I have improved my original by adding color shrink tubing around mine to add color and improve comfort in my hand.

    I can’t wait to see what their new product is!

    Wait–is this yet a third version of your wonderful stylus? I carry both my regular Maglus and my Mini around even when I don’t expect to be writing, just to be able to show them to others–like so many of your other fans, I can say this is the only kind of stylus I ever use, and I tried many brands before coming across Maglus in a tech column (needless to say, I have given the others all away). Wonderful feel in the hand, terrific flexibility for various styles of writing. I use it with the Notability app to take notes and do professional editing. Of course please, please put me into the random drawing. Thank you for all you do.

    Wow! Im exited to se how you can make it even better! I’ve got mine for about a week and I simply haven’t touched my iPad screen with my finger since!
    I simply lie mine and I can’t describe it! I like a stylus with a bit of weight and the original maglus has that!
    I tried some other styluses and the maglus is THE STYLUS!

    A nice design and really responsive with the microfiber tip. However it still doesn’t lie in the hand like a real pen. Some grip design and different weight distribution would be nice. Lets see what your ideas were.

    I love my stylus and I am excited to see the new product. I got the new microfiber tip but haven’t used it yet since I still have the tips that I got with the stylus. I have tried numerous styli but this one was the best by far. I find it is really important to have a firm tip otherwise it doesn’t pick up the details as well. I only take notes on my iPad now and signing documents and emailing them back is the most useful aspect. I did all my morgage paperwork in my iPad and didn’t have to waste any paper.

    Love the maglus! Bought one for me, my husband and now my mother also wants one. It’s nice that it sticks to my ipad, and if you don’t have a magnetic cover, no problem! Just put the magnetic sticker on your case, it holds Ben better! Anxious to see the new product:)

    I bought the maglus stylus with microfiber tips to write down my university classes and it. wirkend much better than i had expected. I like the microfiber tips because of their stiffness, when i am writing fast, i put much Pressure on the tip and i have scratched my display with cheaper styluses, because the tip was just to soft and i scratched with the metalholding over the display. With the maglus i didn’t even have the Problem with the original tips. So I am pretty hyped of what’s coming next and thank you for the best stylus i could get gor my purposes.

    Hey that’s really exciting to hear about the new product launch . I have forgotten the Pen – Paper relationship! Now its only my MAGLUS STYLUS and My IPad, Loving it so much. My boyfriend gifted it to me after doing research on the best stylus in the world and also got me extra original tips and microfibre tips. The Stylus is excellent for writing as well as for drawing and makes me a writer, painter and graphic designer all in one.

    Kudos to maglus for making a really good and useful product . One of the best quality providers for sure.
