Summer is upon us! It is definitely the best season by far – hot weather, ice cream vans, swimming pools… Although the Irish summer never lasts for longer than a week, I still find it highly enjoyable.

This is how the story begins of one of the most famous comic cats in the world – Garfield! And today, June 19, is his birthday.
The developers over at Plackal Tech have made a nice, uncluttered app for taking and organizing handwritten notes on your iPhone or iPad.
It’s called JusWrite – and it’s free at the time of this post – ad-supported, but the ads are very discreet on the iPad.
They call it the “world’s first stylus-based organizer” – and who are we to argue when we make the world’s best stylus!
Nowadays, everywhere you go you’re given a paperless option – starting from the signature line appearing at the foot of more and more emails “please consider the environment before printing this email” to the slogan at the atm machine “In support of a cleaner environment, receipts print only when specifically requested”. Has anybody else noticed?
Color and Draw for kids – is a great app for sketching, drawing and photo editing.
We have been using it to have fun with the World Cup and our Maglus Mini.
