We’re always encouraging Maglus users to get in touch with us. It’s great when people share their work and show us what they’ve achieved with Maglus. Through this communication, we have developed relationships with really talented(and nice!) individuals, who we now call ‘Friends of Maglus’.
One such friend is Yvonne J Foster. We originally shared a version of this blog post a few months ago and got a brilliant response. Since then, we know there are lots of new Maglus users. We thought it would make sense to showcase this beautiful content once again.
We got a brilliant response from Yvonne’s blog post last week. As so many of you admired her work and story, we’ve decided to show you some more! Through chatting with Yvonne over emails, we discovered a really lovely project she had been working on – ‘Brighton Panorama’. The monochrome silhouette images really caught our attention and we knew that we just had to share them! We’ll leave you in the capable hands of the talented lady herself to explain the interesting journey from sketch to reality…
It has been a busy few weeks for the Maglus crew, we’re excited to share what we’ve been up to with you!!
We were honoured to be part of Shakefest – a vibrant, World CulturesArt and Dance festival last weekend. It was a special event for us as it took place in Tullamore, Co.Offally – the hometown of Maglus!
We wanted to put on something special for this great event, so we enlisted the help of some friends of Maglus – German iPad artistBenjamin Rabe and drawing maestro Fabric Lenny. Both guys do some really diverse work – iPhone art, animation, web design and collaborations with other creatives is just a flavour of what they get up to!
First up, the guys held a small Coderdojoworkshop on Friday evening for a group of kids.
