2 blog posts in 2 weeks! Hopefully there is some info in them that you enjoy. I thought I’d check in and talk a little about another use for Maglus beyond your tablet or phone.
As a Product Designer I use a lot of various software and techniques to develop ideas. At the very early stages of a new product development, ideas are developed to a concept. Concepts allow me to communicate an idea through a visual medium. Often times this will be in the form of some sketching and then when I bring them a little further the initial sketching may be brought into a software package to help develop and polish the concept.
I like to use Adobes Photoshop to help me at this part of the process as well as Autodesk Sketchbook Designer. When using these pieces of software a good workflow helps me to get the most from them. I use a MacBook Pro and the sometimes it can be difficult to get the sort of precision required for using tools like erasers and paintbrushes on the computer track pad. I found a way to get around these issues by using Maglus as a pen and treating the trackpad as a small pen tablet. It requires a little learning but it really helps when you want to get something done quickly and require decent precision.
What I do is hold down the trackpad in the bottom left corner and then I use Maglus as a pen on the rest of the track pad. Really simple, really fast, really effective.

I am not sure how effective this will be on windows computers but I would love to hear back from anyone who has given it a try.

What a treat this stylus is!!
Opening the box itself felt like opening a present, and let me tell you, it was. This Beautiful tool comes with an extra tip in a keychain container, and stick on magnet for super hold to your case or tablet.
I am a professional artist and so I am always looking for a great stylus. I was beyond pleased with this little beauty. First, the feel is wonderful, with a great weight and rubbery centers on each side that help you hang on tight. The tip glides effortlessly across the screen. I would have to say this would be one of the longest lasting tips I’ve had so far, it will be quite sometime before I need to change it. That says a lot because I spend hours drawing daily. Art is my life, and I don’t think I even want to be without this stylus. I will be excited to see what else maglus comes up with!!
Lastly the customer service is phenomenal, check this tool out!!!
